This is one of the most exciting things to happen to me and my salads lately. I love finger food, I love salad, so it only makes sense to finally marry the two of them! The magazine BonAppetit really solidified things for me. They made it a ‘THING’. Taking romaine hearts and using them as salad dressing scoops makes sense. I have always wanted to be able to eat MORE dressing, but eating with a spoon seems wrong. And gross. Using a lettuce spoon….now that’s CLASS.
