Last week I tried my first hot Yoga class. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’ve never done Yoga before, never mind doing it with the heat on! It seems there are some many different ways to do Yoga now. None of which I’m sure I’ll be trying. *smirk* An example, Goat Yoga. Really. Don’t laugh there is a waiting list. At last count there was a 900-strong waiting list for the class! If that’s not your thing, I just saw something about Beer Yoga. What? Apparently beer can improve your brain function, strengthen your bones, and even aid in exercise recovery. I can’t hold a pose sober, but balancing my fat a#@ along with a glass beer bottle at the same time? Forget about!
