If you’re like every other kid who watched The Beverly Hillbillies, you wanted to live in that mansion..
Now you can…if you have $350 million USD hanging around doing nothing. The Bel-Air property is called “Chartwell”, and it just became the most expensive real estate listing in US history.
Built for entertaining, the residence features a wine cellar, salon, ballroom, and period-paneled dining room. Outside, there’s a tennis court, manicured gardens, covered parking for 40 cars, and a 75-foot swimming pool cee-ment pond.
As for living inside the “Beverly Hillbillies Mansion”, that’s not possible even if you had the oil money. Only the exterior appeared on the show; the interiors were all sets housed on a studio soundstage.
More details on the listing are HERE.
