Spring is here!! And as if you haven’t noticed….people are out and about and they are ready to get FIT. Those winter LBS. are just waitin’ to be shaken off with a little bit of sweat n’ tears. Biking, running, rollerblading, jogging, speed walking, ( lol) Me? welllll…I’m trying something new. It’s called ‘WORKIN’ THE WORK WEIGHT’. All I do is wear a couple of 12 pounders on the ankles and BOOM, muscles bigger, calories blown out of the water. Well. Ok. The truth? I don’t do much WALKING at work. And I did eat an enormous piece of banana cream pie at 7am. So, yeah….so much for my ankle weight exercise health routine regime. It’s done NOTHING so far.
