Last night I was relaxing on the couch. (my little girl was at her dads) So I was texting my mom, as usual. For an hour, also usual. What were we texting about? Socks. I do my laundry at my moms because I’m there so much so it makes sense. Teenagers text all day….about just STUFF. IE: “Hey, what’s up?” “Nothing, what’s up with you?” “Nothing, what are you doing?” “Dude, I’m sitting next to you” “Oh, right” ” So, what’s up?” ” Nothing”.When you’re in you’re 20’s, 30’s I guess sexting is bigger. (But let’s face it, it’s every age it seems) “Hey, what are you wearing?” “Nothing” “You’re not? Aren’t you at work?” “Yes, I am” “Wait, I guess no, I’m not…never mind” This is what I’m texting about these days: SOCKS. My mom sends me a picture of one of Alexandra’s socks. Says” do you have the other orphan sock?”So I walk over to her drawer at my place….find the other sock…take a picture of it….send it. Then she sends me pictures of other socks that she needs the match to….so I do the same thing again. And again and again and again. This went on for an hour. . That’s all I have to say.
